Amber Alert

CECOMS is a 24-hour, 7 day a week, Emergency Communication System for Cuyahoga County. CECOMS coordinates emergency services including; administration of cellular and wireless 9-1-1 calls, coordination of ambulance and hospital communications and the Cuyahoga County Hospital Restriction Program/Override Policy. CECOMS also coordinates communications with fire departments, police departments and other heath care agencies. Emergency Alert System broadcasts, including all AMBER ALERT broadcasts for a nine county area in Northeast Ohio.
